Brent is an aggressive, passionate advocate who has won several multi-million-dollar cases for his injured clients. He is not afraid to take on the largest, most powerful insurance companies and corporations in order to achieve justice.
Brent has handled cases in numerous U.S. states including Missouri, where he is a member of the bar, and several other states such as Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, and Tennessee (several of which he was accepted at the bar pro-hac vice).
In 2018, Brent ran for U.S. Congress in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. He has a passion for taking on giant insurance companies and corporations on behalf of his clients as they try to pick up the pieces after being harmed by the negligence of another.
Brent is the former National Field Director for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters labor union, served as National Designated Legal Counsel for a division of the union, and has represented numerous union workers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Throughout his career he has accepted invitations as a guest speaker at universities and organizations throughout the United States, including Harvard Law School, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Georgetown University, and several others.
